Are children welcome in worship?
Yes. Children are always welcome to attend worship service with you, and it is encouraged. Trinity has always valued families worshipping together. A professionally staffed nursery is available for children from birth to 3 years if needed.
What should I wear to church?
We’re not concerned with how you’re dressed, but that you’re comfortable worshipping with us. At Mission, expect to see a variety of dress from jeans to suits.
What does it mean to be a Lutheran?
Being a Lutheran is best exemplified by Ephesians 2:8–10, "For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this not from yourselves, it is the gift of God— not by works, so that no one can boast. For we are God’s workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do."
We celebrate two sacraments (i.e. way to receive God’s gift of grace): Communion and Baptism. If you share our Christian faith, even if you are not a member, you are always welcome to participate with us in the celebration of Communion. In celebration of the Sacrament of Baptism, we baptize infants and adults.
If you’re looking for a church and a faith family, Trinity has much to offer and many opportunities to serve. Youth and child ministries abound, along with groups, classes and activities for all ages. We hope you feel welcome at Trinity!
